what’s ‘Rock the Frock’
When we were looking for a description of post wedding shoots, we thought about the usual ‘Trash the dress’, ‘Cherish the dress’, etc.
The one that seemed to fit our customers best is ‘Rock the Frock’. Some people are afraid of the idea of getting their precious dress damaged, so Trashing the Dress was a bit of a gamble, we figured that rocking the frock could describe a sedate studio session or something as mad as this…
Trisha and Mick
Last year we shot their wedding and had great fun, but we never got a full set of portraits done, due to Mick landing in hospital (nothing too serious).
Remembering Trisha’s wedding cake, planted a thought – leading to our first ‘Rock the Frock’ session. For the first part of the session, we met at a dairy farm on the outskirts of Doncaster.
I’d like to thank Kev Astill and everyone at the Dairy farm for helping to make this one of the best photoshoots I’ve had and one of the best days of Trisha and Micks life – Trisha was almost as excited as she was on her wedding day.
