Liz and Mark were married at Walton Hall Hotel Wakefield, a gorgeous venue and the staff were brilliant.
The day started at Liz’s parents home where all 6 bridesmaids, 2 of the pageboys and the hairdresser had landed for early preparations. Various Gameboy’s, iPhones and cartoons kept the children entertained, whilst Liz’s Mum did what mums do best, keeping everyone fed and watered.
Things slowed down a little by the time we got to the venue for final preparations where the calming influence of the beautiful surroundings took over. Luckily, the weatherman got it wrong and we managed to avoid the heavy rain forecast, despite it raining in Leeds, Sheffield and York; Wakefield remained rain free.
They’re a great fun couple which I think shows in the photographs we captured for them.
